The Schaefer Technologies, Inc. Model 10V Capsule Filling Machine is a semi-automatic means of filling large, hard gelatin and vegetable based capsules with powder or pellets. Designed with the Veterinary market in mind, the STI Model 10V semi-automatic filling machines allows a large size 12EL capsule to be filled approximately 4-6 times faster than a manual only capsule filling operation. The Model 10V contains a horizontal closure system that allows for capsules to be closed securely and avoid leakage of product during the closing process.
