STI LF-10 Oil & Paste Capsule Filling Machine

The Schaefer Technologies, Inc. LF-10 Oil & Paste Capsule Filling Machine is a semi-automatic means

of filling hard gelatin and vegetable based capsules with an oil or paste substance. The LF-10 contains a horizontal

closure system that allows for capsules to be closed securely and avoid leakage of product during the closing process.

This machine will fill fill liquid products with viscosities of 100 to 1,000 cps using an eight-liter, heated stainless steel hopper.

The STI Model LF-10 provides many helpful features to aid in efficiency and productivity in the capsule filling process:

capsule feeding from a hopper
automatically stops after one revolution of the capsule ring
automatic positioning of the filling ring
