CAPSULE BANDING / SEALING MACHINES STI CB-15 Capsule Banding Machine
The CB-15 is designed to band the joint portions of the cap and body of the filled gelatin capsules. The banding takes place as the capsules pass over two rollers that are partially immersed in gelatin. The machine is capable of producing a maximum of 15,000 capsules per hour.
Laboratory Model Capsule Banding Machine
The STI Laboratory Model Capsule Bander simulates the sealing process of a HiCapSeal production banding machine. The machine is capable of producing approximately 100 banded capsules per hour.
